How to get it
Email hello@rowsafe.sh with your organization's name and the email of the person who will sign. We'll send the DPA, including the current list of subprocessors from our privacy policy.
What it covers
The DPA covers personal data we process on your behalf when providing the Service: database metadata, query statistics and, unless you turn it off, the text of long-running queries. The contents of your backups are never part of it, because we never receive them: they are encrypted on your server and stored in your own bucket.
